All pricing displayed on this site is indicative. A final quote will be provided in a written proposal after a consultation and needs analysis session.

5. Payment

Payment terms (milestones, methods, schedule) will be specified in the contract. Typically, payment is made in milestones according to project progress.

6. Limitation of Liability

StarTower is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of this site. Liability for project results is governed by the service contract.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, network outages, etc.).

8. Governing Law
